Chiropractic
Chiropractic treatment consists of evaluating, mobilizing and manipulating the joints of the body. Our goal is to restore range of motion, decrease overall injury length and reduce discomfort. Our treatments are not just limited to the spine, we also focus our attention on extremities.
Dr. Alyssa, Dr. John and Dr. Brenda utilize several techniques including: Diversified, Activator, Pelvic Drop, Flexion/Distraction and Webster. We will assess your spine and/or other joints to determine the most appropriate treatment for you.

Prenatal Chiropractic
Prenatal chiropractic care can help relieve discomfort that’s being placed on the spine and pelvis during pregnancy. Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Brenda focuses on helping expecting mothers by improving and restoring joint mobility to the spine and pelvis to reduce pain (low back, sciatica, pelvic, and pubic symphysis discomfort) and allow for an easier birthing process.
They specialize in the Webster Technique which is specifically designed for pregnancy. Webster technique focuses on the sacrum, pelvis, and surrounding ligaments. Adjustments are made to the spine or pelvis to reduce discomfort due to the postural changes that occur throughout pregnancy.
Pediatric Chiropractic
Pediatric chiropractic care is a gentle and safe treatment to facilitate a child’s growing spine and nervous system to develop to its optimal potential. With a child's growing body, Dr. Alyssa will make sure their spines are healthy! Each adjustment is adapted for your child’s age, height and weight.

Its effective for reducing pain, improving mobility, range of motion and facilitating the recovery phase to get you feeling better faster.
